5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD orders must be confirmed before dispatch

  • Repeated fake orders may result in account blocking


6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 working days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location
  • Naazco is not responsible for delays caused by courier services
  • Customers must provide correct shipping information


7. Returns & Exchanges

  • Exchanges allowed within 3 days of delivery (unused condition)
  • Only size exchange is applicable (same product)
  • Returns only for defective or incorrect items

No returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor color differences
  • Used or damaged items


8. Parcel Handling Policy

  • Parcels cannot be opened before payment (courier policy)
  • Customers must record a parcel opening video for any claim
  • Claims without proof may not be accepted
